We are a team of professional diabetologist with extensive experience with the latest trends and technologies in the diabetic industry.

Education

My educational journey in the field of medicine has been a fulfilling and enriching experience, allowing me to acquire knowledge and expertise that have shaped my career.

Higher School Certificate (1991-1992) and Higher Secondary Certificate (1993-1994): I received my early education from St. Paul’s Higher Secondary School in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, under the MP Board. These formative years laid the groundwork for my academic pursuits.
MD PHYSICIAN (1994-2001): My aspiration to become a physician led me to Kharkov State Medical University in Kharkov, Ukraine, where I embarked on a rigorous and comprehensive medical program. This journey provided me with the fundamental understanding and skills needed to serve in the medical field.
Fellowship Emergency Medicine (2003-2004): My commitment to improving emergency medical care brought me to the Medwin Institute of Medical Sciences in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, where I honed my skills in emergency medicine.
Certificate course in Diabetes (July 2010 – June 2011): My passion for diabetes care led me to the Diabetes Research Centre & M.V. Hospital for Diabetes in Chennai, India. Here, I had the privilege of learning from Prof. M. Viswanathan, gaining specialized knowledge in diabetes management.
Practical Guidance on Comprehensive Diabetes Management (PGCDM) (September 2013): I continued to enhance my expertise in diabetes care through this practical guidance program, furthering my commitment to providing comprehensive care to individuals with diabetes.
National Conclave on Diabetes and Diabetic Foot 2018: I actively participated in this significant event, underscoring my dedication to staying updated on the latest developments in diabetes management.
Diploma in Diabetes Mellitus (15 January 2020): My pursuit of excellence in diabetes care culminated in earning this diploma, which reflects my dedication to the well-being of patients with diabetes.
CCEBDM and CCGDM (2022): I furthered my expertise in diabetes management by completing these courses accredited by the Royal Liverpool Academy, United Kingdom, through the TOTALL Institute of Health Education in Indore.

Professional Experience:

My career in medicine has been marked by diverse roles and experiences, where I have had the privilege of making a meaningful impact on patient care:

I served as a consultant ICU in charge in various hospitals, including Alpha Hospital in Old City Hyderabad (2004-2005), Vikram Hospital in Hitech City Hyderabad (2005-2006), and Ramkrishna Care Hospital in Raipur (CG) (2006-2009). During these years, I played a pivotal role in critical care and patient management.
Since 2009, I have been dedicated to my role as a consultant Physician in the Department of Internal Medicine and Critical Care at Ramkrishna Care Hospital in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. My focus has been on providing comprehensive medical care to a wide range of patients.
I am proud to be the Owner and Consultant Diabetologist at Aditya Diabetic Care Centre in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, where my passion for diabetes care is put into practice.
Additionally, I serve as the Owner and Consultant Diabetologist at Sitapur Health Care Centre and Dr. Saraf Diabetes Care in Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh, extending my expertise to a broader patient base.
As a Visiting Consultant, I continue to contribute to the medical community by offering my services at Ramakrishna Care Hospital in Raipur and Janta Hospital in Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh, as well as Dr. D.P. Bora Superspeciality Hospital in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

My journey in medicine has been marked by a steadfast commitment to excellence, a dedication to patient care, and a continuous pursuit of knowledge. I am grateful for the opportunities to serve, learn, and make a positive impact on the health and well-being of my patients and communities.
